Abstract:	We FACS-sorted Osr1-expressing cells (Osr1 GCE/+) from 14 E9.5 and 6 E11.5 mouse embryos and analyzed their gene expression profiles using single-cell RNA sequencing. The data was processed and integrated using Seurat v3. The sample and annotation informations can be accessed via the "time" and "annotations" columns respectively.
