Tissue optical properties from spatially resolved reflectance: calibration and in vivo application on rat kidney

Item Type:Conference or Workshop Item
Title:Tissue optical properties from spatially resolved reflectance: calibration and in vivo application on rat kidney
Creators Name:Gladytz, T. and Hoppe, A. and Cantow, K. and Flemming, B. and Pohlmann, A. and Niendorf, T. and Seeliger, E. and Grosenick, D.
Abstract:Spatially resolved reflectance was measured on various phantoms and in vivo to evaluate its performance in determining their optical properties. To obtain reliable results it was necessary to use the absolute values of the reflectance.
