| Abstract: | This repository contains processed calcium spike train data derived from the analysis of time-lapse fluorescence imaging of HEK293 cells stimulated with carbachol. Each experiment (named as YYYYMMDDexp#, e.g., 20240309E1) is a .csv file containing spike train features extracted from stationary sections of the recording. These files serve as input for the analysis script available at https://github.com/azzonic/calcium_spiketrains_analysis For cells displaying multiple stationary spiking sections (i.e., changes in spiking frequency during the recording), more than one file is provided with suffixes like _# (e.g., 20240309E1_3). These represent different stationary sections, analysed separately, of the same spike train from the main file. |
