Abstract:In this issue of Blood, Fhu et al report that Reed-Sternberg cell-derived lymphotoxin-{alpha} activates endothelial cells to enhance T-cell recruitment in classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), a process that is regulated by cyclooxygenase/nuclear factor-{kappa}B/activator protein 1 signaling pathways.
