Abstract:Apolipoprotein B (apoB) plasma levels reflect the concentration of proatherogenic lipoproteins very low-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein (LDL), whereas non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) levels reflect the concentration of cholesterol transported by these particles.
